Collaborative with Sales and Customer - Chris loves “whiteboarding” with clients and partners.  He feels exploring in this fashion is the opportunity when he gets the most openness from the client as to their goals, successes, failures, pains and perspectives.  Chris is quick on his feet with responding to difficult questions and turning them into opportunities by looking at the “art of the possible” and alternatives into solving a client problem.

Partner Enablement - Chris has supported local and global partners.  He has been involved with  partner enablement that included:  setting expectations, installing complex technology, educating on market landscape, product-use, best practices and finally showing the partners how to generate value from the product.   He has been able to support the partner both in face-to-face situations as well as supporting the partner remotely.
